Greetings and a warm welcome to Kinimi School of Music!
I am Kalino Vikato Kinimi, the Founder & Proprietor of this academy, and it gives me immense joy to introduce you to the vision, mission, and journey of our school. Music has always been more than just an art form to me—it has been a divine calling, a pathway of faith, and a lifelong commitment to growth. Every step of my academic and professional journey in music has shaped me with the conviction that true education is not only about imparting knowledge but also about nurturing character, values, and spiritual depth.
My journey in music has been one of faith, learning, and dedication. I completed my Masters of Music (Vocal Pedagogy) from St. Paul University, Manila, Masters of Divinity from the Theological Centre of Asia, Singapore, and my Bachelors of Church Music from Singapore Bible College. Along the way, I received Grade 8 Voice ABRSM with distinction from Malaysia, performed important Bachelor’s voice recitals in Singapore, and secured merits in Piano ABRSM Grade 5 and Music Theory Grade 5. I also had the privilege to study conducting under Sir Eudience Palaruan.
Opening this music school has been a long-cherished dream and prayer, and I firmly believe it is part of God’s mission—that through this academy, students will not only grow musically, but also spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. I firmly believe that God has His mission through this school, and we continue to seek His guidance in everything we do.
What sets this academy apart is its Christ-centered foundation. We believe that music education is most powerful when it is rooted in spiritual growth and personal wholeness. Therefore, while we train students for recognized music examinations such as Trinity College London, RSL (Rockschool), and ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music), we also place equal emphasis on nurturing their emotional well-being, psychological resilience, and spiritual maturity. Our ultimate goal is not only to create skilled musicians but also to help shape faithful Children of Christ who can use their gifts for God’s glory. We believe that music is not only an art but also a divine gift that can shape hearts, uplift communities, and inspire lives.
Our foundation rests on the timeless biblical truth:
Proverbs 22:6 – “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”
With this principle at heart, we are dedicated to providing students with the best platforms and environment to discover and develop their talents. We especially focus on students who are passionate about Church Music and Western Classical Singing, while also offering strong training in piano, music theory, and choral conducting.
I sincerely seek the continued support and encouragement of all parents as we partner together to shape your children’s musical journey. May this academy be a place where talents are discovered, dreams are nurtured, and lives are transformed through music and faith.
With blessings,
Kalino Vikato Kinimi

Hello and Warm Greetings,
It has always been my prayer and vision to create a school where music education goes beyond just learning notes and techniques. At Kinimi School of Music, we are committed to providing our students with the best platforms and environment to excel—whether through professional training, performance opportunities, or nurturing their personal growth in faith and character.
At Kinimi School of Music, our vision is to create a community where students are not only trained as skilled musicians but are also encouraged to find their unique voice and purpose. We believe every student has God-given talent, and through discipline, dedication, and encouragement, they can use music as a tool to inspire and serve others. Our school is not just a place of learning but a community of inspiration and support.
We aim to build a musical fraternity—a family where students support one another, grow together, and celebrate each other’s successes. Many of our students have gone on to perform in concerts, church ministries, academic platforms, and even pursue professional careers in music. Others have carried their learning into diverse fields—education, leadership, creative industries—where their training in music continues to shape their confidence, discipline, and creativity.
We dream of seeing our students excel not only on stage but also as leaders, teachers, composers, and innovators who carry the values of hard work, faith, and excellence wherever life takes them.
To all our students, I encourage you to work harder, stay dedicated, and walk in faith. With discipline, passion, and trust in God’s plan, there are no limits to what you can achieve—the sky is truly the limit.
With Warm Regards,
Bomito Vikato Kinimi
